Technical Service Engineer Expert
Location: Belfast - Customer Site

Your role
We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer for our Wintel infrastructure engineering team in Belfast. The role will involve working within a very dynamic operations team, you will be supported by your colleagues and offered the opportunity to grow and develop new skills. The role requires a self-motivated person, with strong inter-personal skills, who can communicate effectively with people at all levels. Every day brings a new challenge!
This role is based on a secure customer site, access to the infrastructure is on-site only therefore applications can only be considered from engineers living within commuting distance of Belfast.
You must be eligible to gain Security Clearance for this position.
Your experience
You will have a deep and broad technical knowledge of:
- Supporting Exchange 2016 or 2019
- Supporting Windows Server 2016 or 2019
- Supporting Active Directory, including group policy administration and support
- Supporting TCP/IP,DNS and DHCP
- Proven record of leading Major Incident/Problem/Change Management
- Experience of working within medium/large sized project transitions
