Are you a motivated professional with profound knowledge of, and extended experience in developing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions? Do you have demonstrated consulting experience and a successful track record of ITSM implementations, and a good ability to use SDLC/SCRUM as a delivery methodology? Are you a problem solver with attention to detail with good communication skills, with an ITIL V3 foundation certification?
Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Technical Consultant ServiceNow!
As a Technical Consultant ServiceNow you will be responsible for delivering software configuration and development aspects throughout the complete life cycle of client solutions, based on the ServiceNow platform. Furthermore, you use your vast experience in delivering enterprise technology projects and combine it with you passion for client success in order to meet and exceed project goals and customer expectations. You leverage both proven and innovative technology approached to solve challenging business problems.
• You will act as a key member in project implementations;
• You are actively engaged with customers in a technical and business setting and prepare client facing and internal technical deliverables;
• You solve technical challenges across multiple complex projects at a time and you transform business requirements into technical solutions;
• You configure, customize and improve ServiceNow configurations and you develop access integration components (SSO, LDAP);
• You drive continuous improvements to increase Fujitsu delivery efficiency and quality;
• You collaborate within a technical team to develop leading edge platform technologies;

Your profile
You have a University or Bachelor degree in Information systems of a related field. Preferably experience with ServiceNow or similar Service Management Software within a SAAS environment. Next to this you are ITIL savvy and a ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification or Implementation Specialist certification is preferred. You have demonstrated consulting experience; you are a problem solver with attention to detail. You have a proven track record of successful ITSM implementations and the ability to work and use SDLC/SCRIM as a delivery methodology. Furthermore you have strong JavaScript skills and understanding and experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, Web Services and technical components such as LDAP, VPN and SSL. As a person you are ambitious, a team player with a good sense of humor, straightforward and honest. Next to that, you have excellent communication skills, you are able to take ownership and you know how to proactively improve ways of working.
