We are looking for a Talent & Learning Consultant to partner with Functional heads and HRBPs to identify key learning requirements and facilitate learning solutions in line with budgetary planning. The role will involve delivery and evolution of the Leadership and Management Development propositions for the UK business, as well as developing and delivering appropriate learning interventions to support functional strategy and the future business needs. You’ll bring best practice, creativity and innovation using a combination of internal and external partners, thought leaders and professional bodies. In a fast paced and changing environment you’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity adapting your approach as required to develop creative learning solutions that deliver business outcomes. 
Your remit will span both technical & professional skills development so you’ll need to be flexible to work across variety of requirements – one thing it won’t be is dull.  

Your Experience 

-A Learning & Development professional with a track record of delivering learning outcomes with a tangible business impact
-Experienced in learning consultation, creative design and delivery of initiatives and programmes including facilitation skills
-Experienced with virtual delivery and engagement techniques and tools
-Project management experience and comfortable handling multiple initiatives at one time
-Leadership development skills and experience
-Engaging presenter and teller of stories
-Continuous learner
