Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Solution Architect ServiceNow!
As a Solution Architect ServiceNow you will be responsible for enabling the winning of ServiceNow deals through solution designs that meet our customers’ requirements. You will help customer account teams identify, pursue and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing projects. You will do this by showcasing thought leadership and stakeholder management. You are acting as a trusted advisor for our clients, enabling them to transform their business from traditional IT towards Enterprise Service based IT. Furthermore, you will validate technical proposals, translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW). Besides this you offer general support to both sales and delivery.
• You will create the overall solution architecture and document it in high-level design that underpins lower level design documents and costing activities.
• You will ensure that the solution is technologically sound and state of the art. You cover the technical angle in proof of concept and business approval meetings.
• You will help the client to scope the nature of specific problems they are facing and will actively engage the customer to take action when needed.
• You will provide input to Financial Engineers and take ownership of the completeness of cost submitted. You regularly check the cost against benchmarks during the design process.
• You will identify, assess and minimize risk associated with the solution and ensure that there are appropriately tracked through the risk register.
• You will supervise the delivery of one or more deals, guide and lead the teams for any corrective and preventive actions to ensure the delivery is successful.
• You will liaise between delivery management, sales and the professional services organization. Besides this, you align with the customers’ stakeholders.
• You will bring expertise in application development, software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile. Besides this you have an in-depth understanding of Cloud applications, specifically ServiceNow.
• You will assist the sales personnel in qualifying the client needs towards ITSM and represent Fujitsu in events such as industry conferences and executive briefings.
• You will play a key role in project teams and the Fujitsu delivery model. You are expected to maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders in sales, delivery and partners and the client.

Your profile
You have a University or Bachelor degree in Information systems of a related field, where a MBA is a plus. You have 3 or more years of experience with ServiceNow and service management like ITIL within client environments, and have been certificated with ITIL V3 foundation. A ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification would be preferred. You have more than 8 years of experience is IT infrastructure space and 3 years’ experience in leading and handling multiple engagement teams providing organizational leadership, mentoring, career development and coaching in the area of ESM, ITSM and/or Enterprise Architecture space. Next to that you have a demonstrable track record of leading deals throughout the entire deal-lifecycle, from opportunity to successful delivery. This includes managing complex solutions with multiple phases and many resources, onsite and offsite, to a conclusion whilst maintaining and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
