Role and responsibilities


•         Sell Fujitsu Data Center solutions through channel partners
•         Works with channel partners to identify and qualify new business opportunities
•         Identifies opportunities for Channel Partners to fill a geographic or vertical coverage
•         Recruit and develop business relationship with new partners.
•         Serves as the expert to the partner for complex information regarding product, solutions and services transitions, promotions, and configurations.
•         Creates and manages Fujitsu pipeline for deals with partners and develop potential leads into joint sales activities.
•         Establishes relationship with partner at all organization levels including senior executives.
•         Ensure a high level of partner training and certification about products, services and tools.

•         Support complex projects and some large accounts
•         Gains access and manages relationships with senior level customer leaders, executives and key decision makers
•         Discover new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, scheduling appointments and closing customer sales
•         Establishes and maintains account plans to promote sales growth.
•         Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.

•         Achieves assigned personal target for Fujitsu products, solutions and services.
•         Develop the Datacenter product portfolio sales by offering added value as well as identify business opportunities to develop with your partner.
•         Maintain and develop experience in Data Center product and solutions; servers, storage, converged and hyper converged infrastructure, NW and security solutions
•         Maintain and develop good knowledge of SAP, HPC, data protection and data management to serve customers and partners

Education, Experience and Required Skills

•         University or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
•         At least 7 years of sales experience in a customer interfacing role in IT industry, system integrator or multinational company
•         Account management experience is essential
•         Experience of channel sales model and selling through channel partners
•         Extended experience in working with datacenter/enterprise partners is a plus
•         Ability to sell to customers and work with partners to create and close opportunities
•         Ability to develop strong relationships with customers/partners/distributors
•         Experience of liaising and negotiating with customers/partners/distributors.
•         Proactive, self-starter and has ability to work independently and within a team with minimum supervision to achieve sales targets
•         The ability to work in a fast paced and flexible market place is needed.
•         Excellent communication and presentation skills with high ability to deliver quality presentations to customers.
•         Perfect command of English Language written and verbal
•         Perfect command of using office tools, MS Excel and Power Point
•         Able to work under pressure to deliver sales results
•         Possesses detailed product/technology/industry knowledge. Knowledge of job associated software and applications.
•         Ability to provide high quality reporting and forecast to business manager
•         identify, motivate and communicate with teams to effectively support qualified opportunities.
