We are looking for a Service Delivery Associate to support the overall service delivery of the Boundary Protection Service (BPS), Cyber Access Service (CAS), and Connectivity Service towers. We deliver network services to ~1,000 sites worldwide for 200,000+ Defence users, as well as Gateway and Cyber services to secure the MoD enterprise. The role can be based from Basingstoke or Bracknell with occasional travel to customer site as required, as well as the opportunity to work remotely. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Tower Service Delivery Manager, as well as the customer, Third Party suppliers and Resolver groups, supporting a range of activities such as: resolution of complex incidents, service readiness across numerous projects, service review meetings, identifying opportunities for service improvement, monthly reporting, supporting new business change, risk management and financial forecasting.

The role is crucial to the successful delivery of an ongoing service, maintaining a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Your experience

In order to be successful in this role, you should be able to:

  • Support the wider service teams with issues and concerns in relation to the Service Towers you’re supporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency into the Service Towers to optimise the delivery of services, as well as cost savings.
  • Attend key stakeholder meetings as and when required, capturing key actions and providing timely feedback and resolution.
  • Attend monthly customer Service Review Meetings (SRM’s) and provide updates for management.
  • Ensure all new services are introduced and accepted into service with the approval of all key stakeholders collaborating across service, portfolio and the customer. This is essential to limiting any operational or financial risk on Fujitsu. 
  • Work with third party suppliers to ensure the appropriate vendor support and licenses are in place to deliver the service.
  • Support the Tower lead on financial forecasting and contract adherence.
