Regional Sales Manager
Lille Area or Strasbourg Area

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. You will handle recruiting and developing the sales network value (VAR or ISV) in Region of Lille to Strasbourg. Your goal is to develop the Datacenter product portfolio by offering added value as well as identify business opportunities to develop with your partner. You will be in charge of leading the business relationship in order to achieve the targets of the agreed business plan as well as secure significant portfolio extension.

As client intimacy is key, you will be spending most of the week at the partner’s office, in the region of Nord Est of France, and report into the Head of Channel at Fujitsu.

Key accountabilities
• Support the partner in their activities and take selective measures to increase turnover with products and services that lead to significant portfolio extension ;
• Increase visibility and market share of Fujitsu by developing the value added selling of our products ;
• Set up, Develop and execute the agreed business plan ;
• Support the partner in the realization of sales projects ;
• Manage risks within partner portfolio ;
• Ensure optimal communication with the partner and provide support for the partner all over the involved partners. Ability to coordinate and handle business relations on top management level ;
• Ensure a high level of partner training and certification about products, services and tools ;
• Support implementation of agreed marketing programs. Take selective measures to increase turnover with products and services ;
• Use and manage resources within the company in order to achieve the target of the agreed business plan. Develop and coordinate every quarters reviews on overall business and marketing plans in line with the company strategy ;
• Identify, motivate and communicate with teams to effectively support qualified opportunities ;

 Required skills and experience
• University degree or equivalent education ;
• 5 years’ experience primarily in working with datacenter/enterprise partners where they have delivered significant commercial gain ;
• Knowledge of SAP, HPC, data protection and data management
• Good presentation skills ;
• Distinct experience with meaningful channels and evidence of having established a well-developed channel network ;
• Excellent French and English language skills, both written and verbal ;
