Key responsibilities:

·         Problem Management incl. root cause analysis esp. in cooperation with 2nd and 3rd level support groups, development teams, CoE team and Problem Manager; known error documentation for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level

·         Change Request management – discussing requirements, solution and cost options with ITG service managers and business service representatives.

·         Leading the development process & managing development prioritization.

·         Leading defect analysis with technical support

·         Understanding of the capabilities of ServiceNow application modules,

·         Working with Integration capabilities in ServiceNow

·         Reviewing the provision of security protections and leading the resolution of security issues.

·         Working in ServiceNow HI portal to log and manage support tickets through with ServiceNow support teams,

·         Managing the major upgrade strategy execution for the ITG ServiceNow instances.





 Required Skills and Experience:


·         1.5 Years + of hands on ServiceNow experience providing support, implementation and administration of a ServiceNow environment

·         3 Years + of experience of Level 3 Application support

·         Expert IT Knowledge

·         Experience in ServiceNow domain separation

·         2 Years+ of experience in Application Development

·         Demonstrable proficiency in JavaScript

·         Advanced networking knowledge

·         ITIL Methodology awareness

·         Ability to perform complex diagnosis of dynamic web applications

  • Strong command of English, including technical vocabulary
  • Ability to communicate with high-level management
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn additional skills
  • Readiness for intensive training and certification sessions
  • University degree or equivalent education or experience



·         ServiceNow Administration certification

·         ITIL Foundation certificate

·         ServiceNow Implementation Boot camp Certification

·         Experience of working in a DevOps environment

  • LEAN IT certificate
  • SCRUM / AGILE certificate
