Project Manager ServiceNow    
Paris Area – France 

Are you an experienced Project Manager for whom Digital Transformation has no secrets? Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team! 

Your primary role will be to guarantee the successful delivery of our ServiceNow projects. Some projects may transition from an incumbent where Fujitsu provides full Service Desk services.
Your knowledge of ITIL processes, risk and revenue management, as well as project and contract management will be key to your success in this role. Since some projects will be part of global services provided by Fujitsu, you will have to manage any solution implementation that can support and improve the services delivered by Fujitsu. These solutions may be technology or organizational changes.

As a Project Manager, you may also support Presales activities during workshops with prospects.

Key Accountabilities
•    Effective management of the project baseline;
•    Manage the production of the required products and the delivery of the project in partnership with the customer and business unit to ensure acceptance, closedown and handover to service;
•    Define the project requirements, ensuring that the requirements are complete;
•    Manage the agreement process of the project requirements and objectives with the Project Board or appointed project assurance role;
•    Operate along Fujitsu working practices ensuring compliance with local project management policy and procedure;
•    Produce and coordinate materials and baselines during all phases of the project by careful planning and documentation;
•    Establish and report project Key Performance Indicators to the Project Board through Highlight Reports and stage assessments;
•    Manage business and project risks, and produce an effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are understood and underwritten by all by the appropriate parties;
•    Ensure that formal review procedures are used;
•    Manage the risks associated with the deliverables of the project in line with project management community standards;
•    Ensure that the impact on the business unit’s profit & loss due to project activities within the scope of the project is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed-off by the appropriate governance authority e.g. Project Board;
•    Manage and track the project costs and support Business Units in meeting payment milestones;
•    Build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders (customer, subcontractors and Fujitsu); typically senior level manager and Project Board;
•    Ensure that the milestone achievements are signed by the customer and relevant invoices are raised.

Your profile
You have a Bachelor or University degree in a beta study and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Project Management, more particularly in infrastructure and services projects. You are familiar (and certified) with Project Management industry standards (e.g PMP, IPMA, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) and have good experience and know-how of ITIL processes and revenue, risks, resources, technologies and contract management. You are also customer-oriented and have strong relationship management, organization and time management skills. As a person you are a strong and curious leader who is flexible, a true team worker with good analytical skills who likes to share knowledge. On top of that, you have excellent communication, redaction and presentation skills.
