We are looking for an experienced Lead Solution Architect for our Pre Sales organisation!

The role as Lead Solution Architect

The role as Lead Solution Architect is a key role in the sales bid team where you work closely with our customers to understand their business and technical needs to create a compelling solution. You will lead the supporting architects to produce a high quality and deliverable solution.

Your main responsibilities are leading the design work of solutions and services that we provide to our customers both locally and globally. You have an overall responsibility for the entire solution including technical, service design and costing. You will have close collaboration with project managers, business owners, portfolio, architects, finance, legal and specialists as well as subcontractors.

You will become part of the Swedish sales organization and report to Head of Presales.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a history of winning new business and extensive experience with complex IT Outsourcing contracts containing Workplace, Service Desk, Infrastructure and Cloud Services. You have a strong commercial awareness and comfortable supporting the creation of customer contracts. It is good if you have an understanding of key security and regulatory requirements for global customers.

  • You have a strong technical knowledge but can also communicate this simply and easily to the different stakeholders with clear focus on the benefits. You are good at modeling solutions along with the related technical and business case roadmap for the customer both in the short and long term.
  • You are used to leading the work with both colleagues and customer representatives in form of workshops and design meetings.
  • As a person, you are responsive, social and enjoy working closely with the customer and colleagues.
  • You have a hands-on, structured approach and can comfortably execute your work independently.
  • As we work in an international environment, you should be proficient in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
