International Recruiter - French Market            
Maarssen, Utrecht Area – the Netherlands

Are you an ambitious recruiter who wants to work in an international environment with colleagues from all over Europe? Are you a bilingual (French/English) professional, with an international mindset, who is experienced in (IT) recruitment and wants to play an important part in finding those purple squirrels?
Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as an International Recruiter! 

In this role you will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent client relationships while finding the best talent for your hiring managers and their teams across the French market. 

Together with the team you effectively manage internal and external stakeholders and you are responsible for all day to day recruitment activities. This includes candidate sourcing (building an ongoing candidate pipeline), advertising vacancies, managing relationships with local HR colleagues, screening candidate applications and liaising with hiring managers to get a full understanding of the local needs and how to identify suitable candidates. You also advise your stakeholders on trends within the local labor market, their impact on recruitment and candidate availability. 

•    You handle the vacancy request from beginning to end and lead the full process;
•    You update the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and carry out administrative tasks as appropriate. You make proper use of specified company tools and processes to manage recruitment within and across borders;
•    You continually strive to improve team effectiveness and are able to create synergy within the team, department and alliances across the organization; 
•    You are accountable for the stakeholder management. You identify and influence decision makers, influencers and stakeholders;
•    You identify and implement innovative solutions to ensure the best possible candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction during and after the recruitment process.

Do you have what it takes?
You have extensive experience working as a Recruiter or Agency Consultant, preferably for an IT company. You have a high level of experience in the usage of Social Media in the recruitment process and have strongly developed communication and organizational skills.

As a person you are an ambitious and motivated team player, a self-starter, resilient and able to work well under pressure. Next to that you also have good sense of humor and have a social character.
