We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our innovative and solution focused team. Your role will involve assuming responsibility for recruitment delivery across a number of business areas in Fujitsu where you will be expected to quickly build trust with your stakeholders and aid them in understanding the skills gap that exist within their teams and where the recruitment of individuals will enable their growth plans.

You will be a skilled technical recruiter who knows our market and has the foresight to pull together end to end recruitment delivery solutions, to attract, engage and recruit the right talent, who are a good fit for us and who we wish to see grow in our organisation.

Working closely with our HR Business Partners to drive forward workforce planning enabling us to plan effective recruitment campaigns and manage the balance between the development of our people versus the recruitment of people.

You will also be comfortable with designing and facilitating external and virtual recruitment events to showcase Fujitsu as an employer of choice.

Your experience

  • A technical recruiter that is currently working in house team or as an Account Manager in agency.
  • Proven delivery experience, preferably in the IT industry 
  • Experience of using recruitment tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, Linkedin Insights, Job boards and ATS systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate agile working, with the tenacity to fill our niche skilled vacancies.
  • Proven experience of fostering effective working relationships with the ability to communicate comfortably to audiences of various levels of seniority as well as in a group setting.
