Role Purpose

 

Responsible for a variety of human resources’ programs and policies, often encompassing several areas including organizational development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, safety, or personnel research.  Assignments include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and focus on service delivery within a segment of the business, providing advice and recommendations.  Will provide input or define short and long-term goals and objectives for human resource service delivery.

 

 Key Accountabilities  

 

  • Payroll Processing/ Management  (Headcount : Approximately 300 Employees)
  • Drive to continuously improve the payroll
  • Manage and update all amendments to employment condition, monitor employee probation, process staff confirmation; movement, conversion/ renewal and termination
  • Administer e-leave and manage employee leave record
  • Involve in the coordination for compliance processes such as statutory submissions ( EPF,EIS,SOCSO, etc)
  • Answer daily HR enquiries from employees.
  • Prepare HR letters such as Offer Letter, Acceptance of Resignation, and Promotion Letter etc.
  • Employees’ document proper filling.
  • Training and HRDF related enquiries and support.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.

 Key Performance Indicators

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, HR2000(Quickpay)
  • Required language(s): English
  • The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
  • Ensured keep all employees data and as private and confidential.
  • Exhibits as positive can do attitude and approach to responsibilities, meet new challenge and changes with an open mind.
  • Possess good knowledge of Statutory Acts related to HR
  • Work Location : Kelana Centre Point,Kelana Jaya.
