Your Role:
Are you a strategic marketing leader, with experience of the full marketing mix from strategy through to tactics in a diverse marketplace? Do you have the skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape, refine and communicate the value we can bring to our customers.
We are seeking a Marketing leader who will play an active role in the Private Sector Leadership Team to deliver sector revenue growth through the creation and delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns, programs, initiatives, and projects across the entire mix.
You will own the marketing plan that will drive forward the UK’s ambition to become a leading DX company in the Private Sector UK market, as part of the global Fujitsu group. Can you shape a private sector field-based team to create marketing plans and tactics for your sectors, accounts, and opportunities, leveraging all aspects of the tactical mix and delivering outcomes for the UK Private sector business and the region?

Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the UK Private Sector leadership and sales teams to spearhead initiatives that contribute to the sector and/or account-specific marketing plan, that supports the UK strategy and overall Marketing strategy.
- Manage, own, build and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to create new opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen Fujitsu’s existing customer relationships. This includes ABM and DBM.
- Manages budgets and people, including virtual teams, to deliver the marketing plan, taking decisions for own area of responsibility.
- Define, measure, monitor and report on KPIs
- Leverage of Fujitsu Uvance business solutions KFAs in particular CX, SM, TS (UK) and promoting appropriate capability and reusing content.
- Adapt/localise/utilise global and regional campaigns and content and develop local content if require
- Work with the other UK sectors to deliver country roll out of combined initiatives
- Manage the internal and external ecosystem of agencies to deliver objectives
- Report into the UK Marketing Head.
Your Experience:
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in B2B marketing from strategic planning to execution
- Experience of IT services marketing and communications
- Understanding of marketing and campaign management and the associated tools
- Agency management
- Account Based Marketing experience

- Excellent project management and organisation skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
