Account Manager
Asnieres-sur-Seine, Paris Area


We are looking for an Account Manager, with excellent communication, strong commercial awareness and customer management skills. You are able to manage large accounts (IT Outsourcing deals) and are used to work in a complex consultative selling setting.

 

Under the responsibility of the Managing Director, you are in charge of several accounts from the client portfolio of Fujitsu. Your role is to manage client relationships, direct and coordinate all activity on those accounts. Your clients consider you as their trusted advisor.

 

The ideal candidate is a result-driven sales person. You are client-oriented and you possess good leadership skills. You have strong experience in the field of services and IT and you are well aware of the services solutions proposed by Fujitsu.

Key accountabilities
• Customer Relationships. Actively and personally develops appropriate customer relationships that will support the overall Account Plan, especially at a senior level;
• Develops a strong influence and coaching network within the customer and relevant partners, and become the trusted advisor for them;
• Sales Strategy. Defines sales strategy for the identified opportunities, in particular to defeat competition at a profitable price
• Pursuit management. Manages and mobilizes the Fujitsu organization to deliver high value proposals up to the contract closing.  
• Account Planning. Creates Account Plan according to company process and format. Provides management reports as required;
• Identifying Sales Opportunities. Identifies customer business drivers and develops related opportunities for the Fujitsu Dynamic Infrastructure portfolio. Uses company processes and toolset to manage opportunity lifecycles to closure;
• Best Practice. Ensures full compliance to company policy and best practice definitions;
• Drives Customer Value. Identifies and implements innovative solutions to increase customer value & intimacy.

Your profile
The ideal candidate has a successful track record in selling IT services, growing a client portfolio and managing large accounts. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful customer management relationship.
