Operational tasks and Incident, Service Request, Problem management 2-3 years of experience in SCCM, can articulate methodology and performs operational tasks independently. Tools :Microsoft SCCM Work on P2, P3, P4 Incidents/Service Requests and complete them with in defined SLA � Managing software distribution projects including Microsoft Security upgrades and standard desktop software on global basis. Prioritize and coordinate security patch and software testing schedules and distributions. � Create packages, collections, and advertisements for distributions. Track penetration and analysis of distributions to meet Service Level Agreements. � Troubleshoot packages and monitoring advertisement status. � Packages distribution & troubleshooting � Patch Deployment for SCCM 2007 clients. � Troubleshooting of primary sites and Secondary sites � Understanding of Windows XP / Vista/7 OS to deal with SCCM client level issues � Troubleshooting MP, DP & WMI related issues and its configurations � Work with Inventorying reports and collections as per the client needs � Responsibility to manage the Operations team to safely meet SLA targets. � Auditing experience and incident investigation skills
